Often avoided, this is the best and necessary preliminary work to achieving the highest skills for jumping. Here, L Casati emphasizes use of inside aids and JP shows the results- first a balanced canter and perfect distance found to cross the pole without any alteration of the canter stride followed by a balanced canter to a perfect distance to the pole with the correct indication to Texanna to jump the pole this time. It's all about the leg...well done, JP!

It is difficult to put into words how wonderful it is to work with a young horse so special. The Redig family's Dessa de Marco is extraordinary in every way - a thing of beauty to enjoy as she advances through each level.
